These terms are an agreement between you and Sami Huuskonen, operating as a sole trader (yksityinen elinkeinonharjoittaja, Finnish Business ID 3541927-4, Finland — "we"), about your use of the Kuuluu app and related services. By creating an account you accept them.
Kuuluu lets you share what you're currently doing with audiences you choose, see what friends are doing, see combined totals of what the world is doing, and keep a log of your own days. It is provided free of charge; we may introduce optional paid features later, and privacy controls will never be among the things you have to pay for.
Kuuluu is deliberately a low-pressure, non-toxic place. You agree not to:
What you post (activity sessions, names, notes) remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: storing your content and showing it to the audiences you selected, and including your sessions in combined totals. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for those totals, which are statistics containing nothing that identifies you.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Kuuluu. You can report and block other users directly in the app. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours: content that violates these terms is removed, and users who provide it are warned, suspended, or ejected from the service. Names and activity labels are additionally screened by an automated filter. We may also remove content or accounts where the law requires it.
You can stop using Kuuluu at any time and delete your account (and all its data) in the app under You → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we'll tell you why.
Kuuluu is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we don't promise uninterrupted service and may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
If we make material changes, we'll announce them in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Kuuluu after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled in Finnish courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
